What are your delivery costs?

All our products are sent by NZ post with tracking number, using eco friendly and compostable packaging.

Your tracking number will be automatically sent to your provided email.

We only ship to New Zealand address at the moment.

Allow 1-2 days handling and overnight to South Island and 3 days to North Island and slightly longer for any Rural Delivery addresses. Note that subject to courier network overload, there can be delays to target delivery times. 

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Can I pick up my orders?

Yes you can. Just select Free Pick Up option and send us an email or text messenger to arrange your pick up time.

 

How long will the delivery take?

Once your order has been dispatched the following delivery times should apply:

North Island up to 2 working days

South Island up to 3 working days

Rural please allow for an extra 2-3 working days to the above
