Super Q Golden Bihon (Cornstarch Sticks).
A cornstarch-based noodle that has fine strands, natural yellow colour (from cornstarch), and rectangular, hard and compact shape. The compactness of our bihon allows for considerable yield.
Ingredients:
Natural Yellow Cornstarch (99%), Stabiliser: E452.
Usage:
Ideal for stir-fry, soup.
Preparations:
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
SAUTEED:
1. Saute garlic or onion.
2. Add shredded meat with carrots, cabbage and other ingredients.
3. Add 450ml of water or soup stock for every piece of bihon.
4. Season to taste.
5. Heat until boiling and add the bihon.
6. Simmer for two minutes, reverse bihon, simmer for another two.
SOUP:
1. Add bihon to boiling soup seasoned stock.
2. Simmer for three minutes or until tender.
3. Garnish with vegetables of your choice.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
